Stiddle boosts data accuracy from the industry standard ad platforms of 60% to 99% (automatically increasing your ROAS by up to 40%) by connecting directly to sales and marketing channels, eliminating third-party pixels. We are the go-to marketing data hub that handles data aggregation, transformation, and visualization all in one platform for your advertising and marketing.

Integrations and connectors are released on a rolling basis - usually every 2 weeks a new integration connector is released. Custom integration connectors can be built upon request if you don't see the one you need available at this time.

What is a MUV? Why do you charge based on MUV?

MUV stands for Monthly Unique Visitors, which refers to the number of unique visitors that a website receives in a month. Each unique visitor is counted as one MUV, including both anonymous and identified visitors. We charge based on MUV because it is a more accurate measure of website traffic and reflects the actual usage of the website. It also allows us to provide tailored pricing based on the specific needs of each customer.

Charging based on MUV allows us to provide scalable pricing that aligns with the growth of your business. As your website traffic increases, your MUV count will increase and so will the pricing, ensuring that we grow as you grow. This pricing model is designed to be flexible and affordable for businesses of all sizes, while providing them with the data and insights they need to make informed decisions about their online presence. It also incentivizes our team to continually improve our services and provide value to our customers, leading to long-term partnerships and mutual success.

What makes Stiddle unique from other analytics tracking solutions?

Stiddle is unique from other analytics tracking solutions in several ways. First, unlike other ad tracking, analytics, or customer data platform (CDP) solutions, Stiddle not only provides accurate data attribution but also allows you to connect all of your marketing and sales data. Using the data connected to Stiddle, in addition to the Stiddle Pixel, Stiddle is able to identify customer's before they purchase - using Stiddle's Identity Resolution. Stiddle also provides you with the tools you need to visualize and take action using the accurate and attributed data that Stiddle collects and transforms. These tools include audience building, a multi-channel campaign manager, and analytics dashboards that are sharable with a live URL.

One of the key advantages of Stiddle's tracking solution is that it is 100% first party tracking, this means no 3rd party cookies are used. This provides 30-40% more accurate data than current ad platforms like Facebook and Google, who both track at 60% accuracy. As a result, Stiddle's accurate tracking solution immediately provides you with a 30-40% higher return on ad spend (ROAS). Using the Stiddle Pixel Attribution, a proprietary first-party tracking technology, Stiddle tracks every action a visitor takes before purchasing and can show you the exact journey the customer took. All of the conversions tracked can be found within the Stiddle Campaign Manager, Analytics Dashboards, or customer profiles.

How long does it take to get setup?

Stiddle takes less than 30 minutes to set up through our easy self-serve setup guide. However, we understand that some users may need additional support or a custom solution, so we also provide live onboarding support to ensure that you are fully set up and ready to go. Once set up, Stiddle will immediately sync all your ad campaigns and sales data in real time, and begin tracking your ads and attributing them to the correct sale.

How does Stiddle pricing work?

Stiddle pricing starts at $149/ month with up to 10,000 MUV (Monthly unique Visitors). If you have over 10,000 MUV, overage is an additional $10 per 1,000 MUV per month.

Plans are based on each Workspace. Each workspace has its own billing, and is tracked based on MUV usage, making it easy to manage multiple businesses and bill clients separately under a single Stiddle account login.

Additionally, we offer a 20% discount for any annual plans, giving you flexibility in choosing which workspace you want to be billed annually.

Does Stiddle work for my agency?

Yes, Stiddle offers an agency plan. This plan allows agencies to manage all of their clients ad attribution, track campaigns accurately with the Stiddle Pixel, build and share analytics reports, and manage all ad campaigns from multiple ad platforms in a single Campaign Manager - all under one Stiddle account.

Agencies can create Stiddle Workspaces for each client, allowing for a separate place to manage a client's advertising, attribution tracking, and analytics - with the ability to keep each client's data organized and separate under one Stiddle login. With each Stiddle workspace, you can share team access with your team or share access to your clients with unique roles and permissions.

Every workspace is billed separately and is tracked based on MUV (Monthly Unique Visitors), so if you have one client with low website traffic, you will be billed less than the others that have more. This allows you to have a clear overview of the website traffic for each client, as well as manage their campaigns more efficiently. Therefore, having multiple Stiddle workspaces can be useful for agencies managing multiple clients or websites.

What does Stiddle integrate with?

Stiddle offers integrations through its Connectors, which are divided into two types: Sales Connectors and Ad Connectors. Sales Connectors allow Stiddle to connect and pull data from ecommerce platforms, payment providers, calendars, and forms - basically where ever a conversion is made. Ad Connectors allow Stiddle to connect and pull data from advertising or marketing platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, and email platforms - sources you drive traffic from.
